Made on Earth by AI currently provides accounts and a place to store business knowledge. AI-generated replies and external integrations are not yet enabled.

What you save

We store your name, email address, a protected password hash, business profile, writing instructions and knowledge entries. We also store smaller searchable sections of your knowledge. Your password is not stored as readable text.

How it is used

This information is used to operate and secure your account and display your workspace. In this version, your saved knowledge is not sent to an external AI provider or used to train a model.

Where it is processed

The service runs on an OVH VPS and uses a separate MySQL database. Cloudflare handles web traffic to the domain. As the service operator, we can access stored information for maintenance and support; the service does not provide end-to-end encryption.

Cookies and security records

An essential session cookie keeps you signed in. Inactive sessions expire after 12 hours. We do not add advertising or analytics trackers. Login and signup limits use hashed identifiers, and web server logs may contain IP addresses, request paths and timestamps.

Changing and deleting data

You can edit or delete individual knowledge entries in your workspace. In Account, you can permanently delete your account, profile and knowledge from the active application database. Infrastructure logs and any database-provider backups may follow separate retention schedules.
